You're not just signing up for a photo session; we’re collaborating to create something you’ll cherish for a lifetime. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step overview of what to expect from start to finish when you book a photography session with us.

Step 1 - The Booking

After exploring our website and checking out our products and pricing, feel free to give us a call, send an email, or click the link below to book your session. To secure your spot, we’ll need your booking details and the session fee.

Once your session is confirmed, we can discuss your style and the types of images you’re looking for. I’m excited to collaborate and create something you’ll cherish for years to come.

For newborn sessions, we’ll tentatively schedule based on your due date. Once you let us know that your little one has arrived, we’ll set a date and time for your visit to the studio or we can come to you.

Step 2 - Before your session

After you’ve booked your session, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing a and a questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire will help us tailor your session to your preferences and understand how you envision your finished portraits, allowing us to plan accordingly.

You’ll also receive a PDF with all the information you need to prepare for a fun, relaxed, and enjoyable session with Nicollette.

Step 3 - The day of your session

On the day of your photography session, if you’re not comfortable doing your own makeup or have a specific look in mind, consider having a professional do your makeup beforehand. Make sure all clothing and props are clean and ready to wear. Then, head to our agreed location.

Step 4 - Your session

Newborn sessions are a wonderful way to capture those precious early moments and can take place in the comfort of your home or in our cozy studio. Ideally, we schedule these sessions when your baby is under two weeks old, but we’re happy to accommodate you even if your little one is a bit older! Family and sibling photos are an integral part of the experience, ensuring everyone is included in these timeless memories.

Maternity sessions offer the perfect opportunity to celebrate your journey to parenthood, and can be held in our studio or at a beautiful outdoor location. We provide a selection of stunning gowns for you to choose from, allowing you to feel radiant and confident during your shoot.

For Engagement sessions, think about a special spot that holds meaning for you and your partner. Whether it’s in our studio or an outdoor setting, we’ll create an unforgettable experience that reflects your love story.

Boudoir sessions are all about celebrating you! These can take place in our studio, your home, or a unique location that inspires you. Please remember to bring your favorite outfits, as we don’t provide clothing for health and safety reasons.

Finally, portrait sessions can be tailored to your preferences and can occur in our studio, your home, or a location that you love—whether indoors or outdoors. Let’s create beautiful images that capture your essence!

Step 5 - Viewing & Collecting

Once your photographs are ready, we’d love to invite you for a viewing—either in the comfort of your home or in our studio. You'll get to see all the digital copies of your beautiful images! During this time, we’ll also deliver the physical prints you selected during your session, or shortly after.

If you’d like to make any additional changes to your photos, no problem! We can arrange another viewing to showcase the updated images. We want to ensure you absolutely love your portraits!
